Client Evaluations

Clients often talk more freely with non-company personnel and give more open feedback about client/customer relationships. Ms. Kayle meets in-person with the client and asks a series of pre-approved questions that delve into the strengths and weaknesses of the client experience.

After meeting with your clients, she will write up a comprehensive report about the big picture of how your company is doing, as well as details about what works and what doesn’t work for each individual interviewed.

Writing and Editing

Ms. Kayle is available to produce and evaluate written materials whether for PR or in-house information and to discern the most effective way to communicate the company’s written messages.
